The guest must pay:
- 50% of the total reservation price, in case of payment via deposit, to confirm your rooms.
- 100% of the total reservation price, in case of payment via credit card, to confirm the reservation.

In case of cancellation after booking:
- Payments via deposit: 50% of the total reservation value, which refers to the prepaid amount, will not be refunded by the customer.
- Payments via card: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded or the full amount can be used as a credit for a next reservation, valid for 6 months. Note: min 10 days notice for cancellation
- Change of dates or categories that reduce values, there is no change in the total value of the reservation and will have to be paid in full.
- No show or cancellation after entering the room, we do not refund the amount paid, making the place available to another interested party.
- In the case of cancellations, there is the option of 1 rescheduling, within a period of up to 6 months. Note: min 10 days in advance.
