Pura Vida Hotel & SPA Policies
Guests must pay:
- 50% of the total booking price, for payments by bank deposit, to confirm their rooms.
- 100% of the total booking price, for payments by credit card, to confirm the booking.
In case of cancellation after booking:
- Payments by bank deposit: 50% of the total booking amount, which corresponds to the prepaid amount, will not be refunded to the guest.
- Payments by card: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, or the full amount can be used as credit for a future booking, valid for 6 months. Note: cancellations require at least 10 days' notice.
- Changes of dates or room categories that lower the price do not change the total booking amount, which must be paid in full.
- For no-shows or cancellations after check-in, the amount paid is not refunded and the room is made available to other guests.
- In case of cancellation, there is the option of 1 rebooking within up to 6 months. Note: at least 10 days' notice required.
