We don’t use plastic straws and minimize the use of other plastic products in our restaurant and hotel.
All of our seafood is locally sourced from fishermen.

With this in mind we created a space in partnership with a community project called Viramar, a shop, where local artisans can create and sell their works. We are proud to support local artists and businesses in selling their products, which are environmentally friendly, and packaged using recycled materials.
